Color Me Rad: Cincinnati…what a blast! Once again, met up with Kate, this time in costume. We had super hero shirts, capes, and bare feet! Not a lot to say about the race, it was an easy and fast course with a TON of people and even more color. Here’s us pre-race:

Halfway (ish) point:
Yes, I got pelted in the face. If you never believed me before, Kate is vicious and now I have proof :)
After the finish line:
We finished the course in ~27 minutes. There weren’t any clocks and neither of us wore Garmins because we didn’t want to get starch in them but I did wear an old watch, so the time is an estimate.
When I got home I decided to see just how bad the damage was. I literally took me 45 minutes in the shower to get most of it off, although I still have green tinted hands.
Please excuse me while I try to look tough… the dog walked in and scared the shit out of me!

Overall, a great race. If the course was right, Kate and I both just scored new PR’s! If not, I guarantee I still did. I’m totally doing another one of these when I can, it was a blast!
